GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our VoIP Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services to a diverse range of businesses. You will play a crucial role in addressing customer communication needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

• Identify and target potential clients within various industries needing VoIP services.
• Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase how our VoIP solutions can benefit their business.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to effectively position our offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to craft effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and feedback to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in the telecommunications or VoIP sectors, is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Comprehensive understanding of VoIP technology and its applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
