Dinsmore, a prominent national law firm with over 750 attorneys in 30 cities, has an immediate opportunity available for commercial workout / commercial litigation associates in the Lexington, KY and/or Louisville, KY offices. The scope of representation for the position will include representing financial institutions, lenders, creditors, trade creditors, receivers and similar interests in workouts and general litigation in both State Court and Federal Court. Applicants should have a license to practice in Kentucky and candidates with a minimum of two years of commercial workout, litigation and/or foreclosure experience is preferred.
