Job Description


We are seeking associates with 3-6 years of securitization experience to join our Global Finance group. Dechert?s team represents issuers and underwriters, servicers, and investors across the entire CRE securitization and CMBS marketplace. Our team has been involved in the bulk of all CMBS issuance for decades and has acted as issuer?s counsel on a significant portion of all CRE CLOs. Our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. We are looking for: Hands on experience in the preparation of bid letters, negotiation of confidentiality agreements, securitization disclosure and operative documents, including pooling and servicing agreements, mortgage loan purchase agreements and investor certifications. Experience with commercial real estate repurchase facility and warehouse lending. Experience as a key member of deal teams, including and running key aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing. Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
