Commercial Litigation Attorney

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join its Las Vegas office. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of commercial litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation experience including, professional liability, employment defense, products liability, accounting, legal malpractice, financial services litigation, A&E, and/or general construction litigation.
• Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
• The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
• Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Nevada.

Salary Range: $115,000 to $190,000
