Commercial Litigation Associate

Direct Counsel has partnered with a premier, nationally recognized law firm in their search for a mid-level associate join its Litigation Group in Atlanta, GA.The candidate would work with our regional and national clients in connection with complex commercial litigation matters including healthcare and media and First Amendment issues.

Requirements

3-5 years of complex commercial litigation experience

Experience working with expert witnesses, fact development, taking and defending depositions, and drafting discovery responses, briefs, and motions for complex matters

Trial experience is a plus

Clerkship experience is strongly preferred

A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school

Must be admitted to practice in Georgia or waive admission to the Georgia Bar
