Direct Counsel is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join a leading law firm in Atlanta, GA . This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and class action defense.

Responsibilities:

Drafting and arguing motions in state and federal courts.
Handling complex discovery and document review.
Taking and defending depositions.
