Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with OEM and I-CAR standards Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure precision repairs Straighten, repair, and replace damaged metal panels Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with estimators and other staff as needed

Requirements Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience Proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures I-CAR certification (preferred, not required?we?ll help you get it!) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills?a great personality goes a long way in our shop!
