On-site Collections Specialist career opportunity at our Springfield finance office.
Rewards for Collections Specialist:
- $15.00 - $18.00 per hour + monthly bonus up to $2,100.00
- Total annual pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00

Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
- Collections account management
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend training classes & meetings
- Assist with credit origination
Hours forCollections Specialist:
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
- One weekend off a month (Sat or Mon)
- Store hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
- 40-45 hours per week
- Overtime pay for hours over 40 each week
Collections SpecialistRequirements:
- Collections or customer retention experience
- Able to work on-site
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work the listed hours
- Good computer/keyboard skills
- Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
