This is a leadership role for someone who can?drive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance,?all while delivering an excellent customer experience. What You?ll Get

• Base Salary:?$60,000 ? $75,000 (based on experience)

• Oversee?underwriting decisions?and portfolio health
• Monitor and improve?delinquency and charge-offs
• Forecast performance metrics

• Maintain compliance with company policies and standards

• Consumerfinance/collections leadership experience
• Subprime lending experience is a plus
• Proven ability to?lead teams and hit performance targets
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver?s license

• No Sundays
• 42?48 hours per week
• Store Hours:?9AM?7PM (Mon?Fri), 9AM?4PM (Saturday)
