Night Shift Full-Time | Up to $33/Hour | Monday?Friday Shift: 4p-4a (end time can be adjusted if needed) Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe and Mill Operators to join their growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and detail-oriented machinist looking for long-term stability with a respected and team-focused company. Responsibilities

Operate CNC lathe equipment efficiently and safely to complete production requirements
Carry out machining operations to 100% completion while ensuring all parts meet required specifications and quality standards
Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges
Read and interpret blueprints, operation sheets, dimensions, and technical drawings
Maintain workstation cleanliness and proper organization of tools and equipment
Work both independently and collaboratively alongside department leadership and team members
Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications
