This role requires problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze liability, damages and coverage, and the expertise to develop and implement resolution strategies that may involve litigation management, risk transfer, and mediation. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the United States, providing flexibility while working within a high-performing national team. Responsibilities Investigate, assess and resolve insurance claims across Professional Liability, Construction and Design-related matters. Analyze liability, damages, and policy coverage to develop strategic resolution approaches. Work with external counsel, hiring defense attorneys, reviewing pleadings, and managing litigation plans. Prepare written coverage determinations and partner with coverage counsel as needed. Coordinate claims handling with insureds, claimants, and business partners, ensuring timely updates and resolutions. Ensure compliance with state and local regulatory requirements, maintaining detailed claim documentation. What will help you succeed in this role? Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active attorney?s license. 2+ years of experience in insurance claims, insurance defense, or coverage analysis. Analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume claims environment. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with a proactive and hands-on approach. Strong desire to progress within the organization and build a long-term career in claims. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration, feedback, and knowledge-sharing. What we offer Competitive salary offering between $79,500 - $97,000 USD per year and performance-based bonuses.
