Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers. With a commitment to providing children with a solid educational and social foundation, our Loveland locations are Level 4 in Colorado Shines and have both been voted best daycare!

Salary: $17.00-$21.00, based on education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote learning and development
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and respected
• Provide individualized attention and support to children, taking into account their unique abilities and interests
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions
• Monitor and assess each child's developmental milestones, providing feedback and guidance as needed
• Ensure a clean and organized classroom environment that meets health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting
• Knowledge of early childhood development and education theories and practices
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to adapt to the changing needs of children and provide individualized support
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting
• Willingness to undergo a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or clearances
