• Trusted advisor You build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
• Hands-on leader You roll up your sleeves to support the CEO and leadership team with critical initiatives, big or small.

• Experience as a founder, early-stage startup operator, or executive team member.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Prior experience working in high-growth AI, tech, or venture-backed startups.
• Deep understanding of AI, product development, or technology landscapes.

• Serve as the CEO's right hand Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively and key priorities are met.
• Drive executive alignment Facilitate communication and coordination across leadership teams to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Manage special projects Lead cross-functional initiatives, streamline processes, and remove roadblocks to execution.
• Optimize decision-making Provide data-driven insights, conduct research, and prepare high-impact reports and presentations.
• Enhance operational efficiency Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and optimize resource allocation.
• Represent the CEO externally Engage with high-profile stakeholders, partners, and investors as a credible and influential presence.

• 5+ years of experience in a high-impact leadership, strategy, or operations role.
• Ability to operate in PT time zones based on the CEO's schedule.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate high-stakes environments with discretion.
• Location: This role is based in Los Angeles, working directly with the CEO.
