One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer in the United States .

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial strategy and operations, driving growth through data-driven financial planning and decision-making. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and revenue optimization, while ensuring operational efficiency across global functions. This role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and executive leadership to align financial practices with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS or enterprise software, and a hands-on leadership style that empowers finance teams and builds organizational capabilities. The CFO will also engage with the board of directors and external stakeholders to present financial performance and guide company trajectory.

Accountabilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with business strategy
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and net/gross dollar retention
• Drive revenue optimization through pricing, acquisition cost analysis, and lifetime value modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies
• Provide financial insights and reports to the board and support fundraising activities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee accurate financial reporting
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team across global functions

Requirements

• 10+ years in financial leadership roles within B2B software or SaaS environments
• Proven experience managing recurring revenue models and key SaaS metrics
• Strong background in FP&A and financial modeling
• Hands-on leadership approach with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with international operations, including global B2B and government sales
• Strategic thinker with analytical depth and operational execution capabilities
• Experience in M&A and post-acquisition integration is highly valued
• Bonus: background in private equity-backed companies or the cybersecurity sector
