One of our companies is currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer in the United States .

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations and planning in a fast-growing, global SaaS environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and cash flow management while driving key business decisions aligned with long-term growth. This role requires deep experience with recurring revenue models, international operations, and data-driven financial strategy. You will work closely with leadership teams and board members to guide the business through strategic milestones and expansion.

Accountabilities:

• Lead all financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
• Optimize revenue strategies through pricing analysis, customer acquisition metrics, and customer lifetime value
• Develop and monitor key business metrics such as CAC, LTV, net dollar retention, and unit economics
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute company-wide growth strategies
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for the board and investors
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee accurate, timely financial reporting
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring collaboration across global departments
• Support M&A strategy and lead post-acquisition integration as needed

Requirements

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or recurring revenue business models
• Expertise in global financial operations, including B2B, government, and partner/channel sales
• Strong background in FP&A and data analytics with hands-on modeling experience
• Proven success optimizing business performance using financial insights and operational KPIs
• Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute at both tactical and executive levels
• Experience leading finance in private equity-backed or high-growth environments (preferred)
• High emotional intelligence with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with M&A activity and integrating acquisitions into existing operations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
