Job Description
The Finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking one junior to senior level associates with 4 to 8 years of experience to support the structured finance securitization practice. The successful candidate will have solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience. This team is very collaborative so Mayer Brown is looking to place associates in Charlotte, Chicago, DC, Houston and New York. The NY and WDC salary for this position for the class of 2016 2017 to 2020 2021 is $310,000-$435,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate?s skills and experience level are different from those specified below.below.
