Cha - Mortgage Finance

The US Finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP is looking to hire a junior to mid-level associate with 3 1 to 6 years of experience to support the mortgage finance group in the Charlotte office, with a particular focus on securitization and servicer representation. A successful candidate will have experience with one or more of the following: CMBS securitization (including single asset-single borrower deals), CRE-CLOs and related transactions with respect to commercial mortgage loans involving the review and negotiation of servicing agreements. We are looking to add a lawyer in Charlotte but we are also open to hiring a candidate to work out of other US offices.

The salary for this position is $260,000 $225,000 to $390,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate?s skills and experience level are different from those specified above.
