This is your chance. Blue United Sourcing is seeking a COTA to join a rehab team at a skilled nursing facility located in Sunnyvale. You?ll be providing hands-on therapy, supporting patient progress, and collaborating with a team that values quality care and teamwork. What You?ll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
• Help patients achieve functional goals and improve daily living skills
• Document progress and maintain compliance with facility standards
• Engage patients with encouragement, patience, and professionalism
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused rehab environment

What We?re Looking For:

• Licensed COTA in California
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or outpatient settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused mindset
• Someone who values collaboration, reliability, and positive team culture
