We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility in Milford, DE . In this per-diem role, the CNA will provide essential patient care, supporting recovery and rehabilitation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Support patients with mobility and positioning
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Foster patient engagement in recovery and wellness programs
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in compliance with care standards
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other staff to deliver quality care

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Active Delaware CNA license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience:
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehab center, or similar preferred
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in ADL support, vital signs monitoring, EHR systems, and safety protocols
• Soft Skills:
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-focused
