Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a passionate and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical staff in various tasks. Multiple openings throughout the Minneapolis area

Schedule Monday - Friday 8-5

Pay $20-$26 p/hr based on location and experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable experience for all patients.
• Record patient vital signs and medical history accurately and efficiently.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized patient records.
• Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and care.
• Perform administrative duties, including handling insurance forms and billing inquiries.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and work areas.
• Provide patient education on upcoming procedures and general health questions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous experience as a medical assistant is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
