Centralized Support Specialist

The Centralized Support Specialist will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting office and field personal alike .

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and vendors to increase leasing agreements and renewals for the property
• Understand and explain the Lease Contract to current and future residents
• Prepare and send new Lease, Lease Renewal or Termination Notice to tenant according to SOP
• Update system records with details regarding renewal or Notice of Vacate
• Create effective and efficient ways to market the property such as coordinating all resident activities
• Maintain a positive relationship with all residents and team members
• Focus on renewals, and manage the resident support during the process

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Leasing in the Property Management Industry required
• Customer Service Experience (R)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (R)
• High sense of urgency, and excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines (R)
• Must have excellent customer service skills (R)
• Ability to articulate and relay information in an effective and efficient manner (R)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Outlook (R)
• Experience in property management systems, and tech savvy to learn new systems

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

• Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
• Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders
• Must be able to type efficiently
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
• Must be able to work indoors / outdoors or in extreme weather conditions
• Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule
