Cellular Enabled Device Fulfillment

3:15 is seeking a Cellular Enabled Device Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fulfillment and activation of cellular-enabled devices, ensuring they are prepared for customer use and delivered accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to handle technical processes will be essential to maintaining high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Receive and process incoming cellular-enabled devices according to company specifications.
• Activate and configure devices for immediate use by customers.
• Ensure all devices are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update software systems as necessary.
• Package devices securely for shipping while adhering to safety and shipping guidelines.
• Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely delivery of devices.
• Assist with troubleshooting and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of cellular technologies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
