Job Description

We are seeking a Case Manager Assistant to support our Pre-Litigation team. This role will include gathering and organizing legal documents, keeping track of case deadlines, and sending correspondence letters to the opposing council

Key Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents, such as letters of representation, demand letters, and cash advance documents.
Handle lien negotiations and manage claims.
Send correspondence letters to the opposing counsel.
Assist in the preparation of case files.
Keep track of important calendar deadlines.
Provide support throughout the pre-litigation process.

Requirements

Experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong writing skills with an ability to draft clear, concise documents.

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 / hr
