We are seeking a Case Manager Assistant to support our Pre-Litigation team. This role will include gathering and organizing legal documents, keeping track of case deadlines, and sending correspondence letters to the opposing council
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents, such as letters of representation, demand letters, and cash advance documents.
- Handle lien negotiations and manage claims.
- Send correspondence letters to the opposing counsel.
- Assist in the preparation of case files.
- Keep track of important calendar deadlines.
- Provide support throughout the pre-litigation process.
Requirements
- Experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing skills with an ability to draft clear, concise documents.
Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 / hr
