Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team. The carpenter will be responsible for working on various residential properties, providing quality repairs and constructions to ensure a safe and livable environment for residents and homeowners. Our company provides a diverse range of services, and the carpenter will be expected to work with a team of experienced professionals to deliver excellent results.
Responsibilities- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, using hand tools and power tools
- Measure and cut materials to the required specifications
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Ensure high-quality finishes and accuracy in construction
- Follow safety procedures and regulations
- Communicate effectively with property owners and team members to ensure smooth project completions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in carpentry
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Have all your own tools and reliable transportation
- Living currently in the U.S
