Job Description


Pay rate $15-16/hr.

The Caregiver Onboarding is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring that all required compliance, training, and certification requirements are met. This role involves managing the documentation, training, and regulatory aspects of caregiver onboarding to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all documents are completed and filled out appropriately.
  • Ensure that all required training certifications, such as CPR, First Aid, and any relevant state-specific certifications, are obtained and updated.
  • Verify that all new caregivers meet the necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements before they begin work.
  • Monitor and audit caregiver compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of caregiver certifications, training, background checks, and other onboarding documentation.
  • Update onboarding checklists to ensure all documents are accounted for to remain in compliance.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment and the Branch to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new caregivers.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of caregiver onboarding and compliance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with new caregivers, management, and regulatory agencies.
  • Proficient with Computers
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pass all required background checks before hire and throughout employment.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
