Job Description

Cadwalader's Capital Markets department is seeking a senior associate with a minimum of 6 5 years of substantial experience in Repo, Asset Backed Lending, Loan on Loan, securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate. CRE CLO is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $390,000 to $460,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
