The Dallas officehas an immediate need for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in CapitalMarkets for our Financial Marketspractice. Required experience and interest in: (1) representing publiccompanies in public and private securitiesofferings (both debt and equity) (2) advising clients on Exchange Actreporting, SEC compliance and disclosures andcorporate governance. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiationskills and a desire for teamwork,significant responsibility, and client interaction.
