Capital Markets Associate (Mid-To-Senior-Level)

The Global Corporate practice group is looking to hire an Associate with 4 ? 7 years of experience to join our New York, Dallas, Dallas or Houston or Chicago office. Successful candidates will have U.S. capital markets experience in representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings. Experience representing public companies in ?34 Act work a plus but is not required. $265,000 - $400,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith?s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
