Campaign Analyst

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a Campaign Analyst to join our amazing team and serve as a key point of contact for our client's recruitment campaigns. You will work together with a team (local and international!) with the goal of growing revenue (this is not a sales job) and optimizing campaign performance for our various enterprise clients. This critical role will also work closely with our sales team, tech department, and recruitment agency partners to maximize campaign performance and results. This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN.

What you'll be working on:

• Service and support existing and new client base, sales team, and agency partners
• Process sales orders and client account set up
• Plan, execute and monitor pay-per-click job postings for our clients
• Maintain day-to-day campaign spend/allocation for client's paid search portfolio
• Manage programmatic bidding tools for campaign trafficking, optimization and reporting
• Identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI
• Assist other members of Delivery with client related projects
• Assist with campaign technical implementation and support troubleshooting
• Deliver comprehensive campaign analytics for paid search clients and agencies
• Communicate and consult regularly with sales reps, clients, and agency partners on campaign performances

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years working experience
• Interest in technical systems and products
• Acute attention to detail
• Background in data analysis (preferred)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with various staff and/or clients
• Advanced Excel experience (preferred)
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional time management skills
• A true team player, looking to be a part of something special
• Strong numerical skills, able to analyse and optimise campaigns
