Responsibilities
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
  • Coordinate logistics for appointments and events, including sending reminders.
  • Handle incoming requests for scheduling and respond promptly.
  • Maintain organized records of appointments and correspondences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop skills in calendar management tools and best practices.

Requirements
