What you are accountable for:

The Manager, Paid Socialis accountable for managing paid social strategy, optimization and execution across all in-house platforms and works to ensure the highest level of quality work, strategic thinking, and collaboration with both internal and external partners for a select group of accounts. Working in close collaboration with media and paid social leads, this role manages all aspects of the campaign life cycle as it pertains to paid social including ownership of the day-to-day across active campaigns. In addition, the Manager, Paid Social will support agency education on the capabilities within these platforms through ongoing meeting facilitation, note taking, and POV creation. With the speed of evolution within paid social marketing, it is vital to have a passion for learning and a desire to continually push the boundaries of what is perceived as status quo.

What you are responsible for:

Internal

Holistic ownership of client accounts, including strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting

Provide strategic and executional support to team members on a variety of clients with different complexities and backgrounds

Troubleshoot issues/concerns and work with online partners to resolve as needed

Proactively communicate with client and internal teams; prepare call agendas, and follow up with call recaps

Organize campaign materials and set up ads in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest or others, as applicable

Set up and organize tracking links for social campaigns

Perform in-platform maintenance and optimizations

Own regular budget pacing and monitoring for live campaigns to ensure accurate spend delivery, along with any recommendations on strategic test opportunities

Produce and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign reports measuring performance and effectiveness of social campaigns

Maintain quality control while ensuring projects and campaigns are executed completely, correctly, accurately, and efficiently for clients

Ensure tactics and vendors utilized are GDPR compliant and ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed, including those specific to certain clients based on their own contractual agreements

Exhibit the ability to anticipate and solve problems

Customers

Ability to support onboarding of new clients in close collaboration with all internal teams throughout the onboarding process

Translate marketing goals and brand positioning into viable media communication strategies and ideas across paid social landscape

Drive high-value customers to interact with our clients' products and services

Discover and deliver new and innovative solutions to executing paid social campaigns based on specific client business issues and challenges

Work closely with account and media leads to ensure strong senior client relationships on select group of accounts

Market Knowledge

Keep pace with social media industry trends and developments

Core understanding and knowledge across digital media landscape and where paid social intersects

Participate and contribute to agency thought leadership initiative, as applicable

Management Responsibilities

Manage vendor relationships and cultivate partnerships that will facilitate account growth and performance

Ensure process and activation best practices are used across paid social team

Mentors Coordinator and Associate level team members regarding paid social best practices and internal processes

Support internal training and development initiatives specific to social media best practices and internal processes

Our compensation philosophy is commensurate with the type of teammates we are seeking to join us.

We use various market and data-driven salary sources to determine a salary range for each role. Your salary is based upon the skills and experience you bring along with the salary range established for your role. The goal is to ensure that Just Global teammates have salaries that are highly competitive, regardless of where they live.

In addition to your base salary and our flexible working policy, you will enjoy market-leading employment benefits that support you as whole human being. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary non-contractual profit share, which is based on company performance, because when we succeed as a company, we all get to share in that success.

The base salary range for this role is $53,200-$80,500. Compensation is determined by location and prior experience.
