Cabinet Refacing Installer

Rocksolid Granit is seeking an experienced Cabinet Refacing Installer to join our team on a contract basis (1099). In this role, you will be responsible for transforming kitchens and bathrooms by refurbishing existing cabinetry with premium materials and finishes. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and design. As a Cabinet Refacing Installer, you will work directly with clients, understanding their vision and delivering beautiful, functional results that enhance their spaces. • Remove existing cabinet doors and drawer fronts, preparing the cabinet frames for refacing.
• Install new veneer, doors, drawer fronts, and hardware according to design specifications.
• Ensure precise measurements and cuts for a perfect fit and finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, addressing any client questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
• Complete installations within the scheduled timeframe while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cabinet installer or similar role, with a focus on refacing.
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, design, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid contractor's license and insurance as required.
• 1099 Contractor position - offering flexibility and competitive pay based on experience.
