Business Transactions Associate Description We are looking for a Mergers and Acquisitions Attorneys with experience in securities and corporate transactions. Asset-based lending experience is helpful but not required. 3+ years of relevant experience needed. Securities ? Attorneys with 3+ years of experience working with publicly traded clients to provide counsel and handle SEC filings and reporting. Prior experience on general corporate transactional work is helpful. Asset-Based Lending ? Attorney with 4+ years of experience with collateralized lending, representing both borrowers and lenders. Tax ? Attorneys with 3+ years of experience providing advice on tax classification elections during business formation, tax structuring for reorganizations or transactions, sales and use tax and tax treatment for non-qualified deferred compensation plans. One of the following three are required : Requirements: Securities Asset Based Lending Tax Structuring Candidates will be expected to have had a strong academic performance and excellent writing skills. Success in this role will require a comfortable knowledge of the corporate transactions, mergers or acquisitions, structuring terms of assets, loans processes and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team. A high level of customer service is required.
