Business, Real Estate And Tax Practice Attorney

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an experienced attorney to join its established business, real estate and tax practice in either the Bay Area or Sacramento. Hybrid work possible for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have at least five years' significant experience in tax related to general commercial transactions of all types, and experience in tax matters in estate planning is helpful. There is no book of business required for this position. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated candidates with a commitment to providing excellent legal services to grow a well-established and thriving practice. Excellent professional credentials and client service capabilities required.

This is a position for a team player who brings experience in these areas, and has excellent analytical, negotiating and drafting skills. Salary range starts at $180,000, depending on experience and other factors, plus lucrative bonus system. California Bar membership required. Preference for CPA and/or LLM in tax.
