Lovingly has ambitious growth plans, and as our Business Process Manager, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our operations to support these goals. You'll design and implement scalable AI-driven solutions that reduce manual tasks and boost efficiency, driving our mission forward.

What you'll do

• Map, analyze, and refine existing business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and redundancies.
• Implement and manage automation tools, focusing 50-60% of your work on AI integration, such as ChatGPT, LLMs, and RPA tools, to elevate workflow efficiency.
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring that AI solutions align with business objectives and foster team-wide adoption.
• Establish KPIs and monitor the performance of automated processes, iterating solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Conduct training and promote a culture of innovation through regular workshops to develop AI competency across teams.

Requirements

• Alignment with Lovingly's LLAMA philosophy, embodying forward-thinking, creative problem-solving, and adaptability.

• 5+ years in business process management with demonstrated success in automation and AI integration.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerAutomate, Make, and Zapier, with expertise in process mapping and data analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and promote widespread adoption of new technologies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
• Candidate must be located within 60 miles of Hopewell Junction, NY
  

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is between 80K - 120K. Compensation includes performance-based incentives tied to project milestones and efficiency metrics.
