Our fast-paced business immigration practice an opportunity for a Business Immigration Associate to work with our Austin, Tx based team! We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes in various industries, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. Requirements Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group. 2+ years of experience with employment-based visas (NIV and IV). Experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas is required. Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills. We are not working with outside recruiters for this position.
