Document Crunch is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our amazing, tight-knit team. This personwill be a critical member of our Business Development Team and will be responsible for identifying and generating. new opportunities across the Top 1000 construction contractors in the US. We're looking for a prospecting outbound "Ninja!"

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outstanding communication skills including strong phone skills and willingness to spend a majority of their time making sales calls.
  • A team-centric attitude, while also being comfortable managing your independent workload
  • Problem-solving with creativity, and approaching challenges with a positive attitude
  • Display strong interpersonal skills through active listening and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to handle objections well, coupled with an unrelenting drive and persistence to work past resistance and barriers
  • Grow, manage and maintain top of the funnel pipeline
  • Orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs
  • Research, profile & map key accounts to support "wider & deeper", mid funnel sales
  • Handle outbound sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify new contacts that fit into Document Crunch's ideal customer profile (ICP) persona via ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and SalesLoft.
  • Engage decision makers in the ICP prospect accounts via phone calls, emails, and other messaging tools
  • Conduct high-level qualification calls to executives in our target accounts
  • Understand prospect process, challenges, and initiatives to tie back to the Document Crunch platform
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of achieving results through outbound prospecting
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects, build relationships, and articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions.
  • Ability to work in a high velocity, high growth environment, highly competitive environment
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm
  • 2+ year of outbound sales development experience, preferably in construction technology
  • Proven track record in outbound opportunity generation and business development
  • Salesforce proficiency preferred
  • SalesLoft proficiency a plus
  • ZoomInfo proficiency a plus
  • We are currently hiring in the Atlanta area. While we are a remote first workplace, we want Crunchers in this location to better facilitate periodic in-person meetings, get-togethers and training.
