Requirements
As a Business Development Intern at Weekday.Works, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates for various job roles. You will help expand our talent network by reaching out to individuals who may be a perfect fit for opportunities within our partner companies. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with candidates, informing them about relevant job openings, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to prospective candidates.
Engage with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of job opportunities within our company.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to nurture their interest and facilitate their journey through
the recruitment process.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Provide timely updates and reports on outreach efforts and candidate interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to details
