Business Analyst - Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Operations to join our team. This role will support the Operations department by analyzing studio performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to improve financial performance. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with various departments, including Finance, Marketing, and Franchise Operations, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

• Analyze financial and operational KPIs, identify areas of opportunity and risk, and recommend improvements to optimize studio and company performance.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for operational processes, financial insights, and technology implementations.
• Manage and optimize data within Profit Keeper, ensuring accuracy and providing the Operations and Executive team with timely and actionable insights into studio-level profitability.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, tracking key operational and financial performance metrics for real-time business monitoring.
• Conduct ad hoc and trend-based data analysis to support decision-making and business strategy development.
• Partner with the data and technology teams to enhance system functionalities, streamline reporting, and ensure alignment with operational needs.
• Support franchise operations by providing data insights, benchmarking against industry standards, and recommending strategic improvements for optimizing unit-level economics.
• Assist in the implementation of new initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption, measurable ROI, and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into data-driven, actionable plans.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices to drive continuous improvement within operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven and strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience working with data warehouses and automation tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, and unit economics in an operations setting.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in the wellness, healthcare, retail, or franchise industry is a plus.
