Business Analyst

Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across global offices and teams (sales, operations, etc.) to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Analyze business processes to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency, including providing recommendations for key metrics.
• Document and take notes at crucial strategic meetings and follow up with relevant teams and partners to ensure alignment on actions and next steps.
• Track key metrics across ongoing projects and present regular status reports, sharing insights with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Drive alignment between departments to meet shared goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a startup environment.
• Resourceful self-starter with strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders across all levels.
• Proficiency with software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
