Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, and process mapping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and analytical tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
