Finance Business Analyst

to join their team.

Job Title: Finance Business Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $80-85/hr

What's the Job?

Writing requirements for the RFP process for the upcoming ERP project

Defining and documenting business requirements

Process mapping and analysis

Writing User Stories that will feed into development team refinement sessions

Documenting acceptance criteria

Being the liaison for the business in IT discovery and prioritization meetings

Running refinement sessions

Participate in discovery and completion of the estimation model

Coordinate QA and UAT

Facilitate the CAB change management process

What's Needed?

3+ years of professional experience as an Finance Business Analyst

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.

Proven experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management within finance, accounting, or ERP projects.

(

ERP transformation would be highly preferred)

Finance background

A solid understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Experience with ERP platforms

(e.g., SAP, Syteline, Deltek, or similar) is also highly preferred.
