We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Branch Operations Manager for our Syracuse Branch.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

• Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.
• Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.
• Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.
• Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate's background will include:

• Related work experience and knowledge of operations management
• High school diploma
• Good communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• SAP experience preferred

Kaeser offers a competitive pay, $65,000 - $95,000 per year, to commensurate with experience, in addition to an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan.
