Treetop ABA is expanding our In-Home Services in Santa Fe, and we?re seeking a passionate Full Time BCBA to support children and families where progress happens every day?at home and in the community. This hybrid role blends meaningful in-person client work with remote flexibility. You?ll spend part of your week delivering and overseeing in-home ABA services, while the remaining time is dedicated to clinical planning, documentation, and collaboration from home. What You?ll Do

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
• Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization
• Balance direct in-home support with remote clinical work and team collaboration

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master?s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
