The Treetop ABA is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated BCBA/Arizona LBA to join our team in a remote role. This position combines meaningful, telehealth work with clients in their homes or our centers and the flexibility to complete planning, documentation, and collaboration remotely.   • Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and monitor progress
  • Supervise and support RBTs
  • Partner with families for consistent, effective care
  • Complete documentation and ensure clinical quality
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in the field
  Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA license (required)
  • Experience providing ABA via telehealth
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
