About the Role:

As a CBRE Sr Benefits Analyst, you will analyze existing Benefits functionality and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to improve productivity of the department. You will create production and ad-hoc reporting of human resources related information for use within Benefits and internal company departments.

What You'll Do:

Manage 401(k) involvement with mergers and acquisitions deals.

Manage the flow of vendor files to ensure that files are sent, received, and loaded in a timely basis; coordinate with internal HRIS/IT contacts and external vendors.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills by taking the lead in areas of responsibility.

Act in conjunction with the Benefits Manager as the department liaison with the outsourced vendor to facilitate resolution of system related issues.

Manage production issues and work with internal staff and external vendors to arrive at resolution.

Prepare regular benefit reports extracting data from the database. Identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Create and implement testing strategy and develop testing scripts for M&A activity, enhancements to vendor interface files, patches, and fixes to the current system set-up.

Perform process review analysis of vendor interface files, including documenting current processes and designing new processes to take advantage of technology.

Ensure documentation of the system set-up is always current.

Support development and upgrading of human resources information systems (HRIS) applications through needs analysis and business requirements documentation.

Resolve data errors reported on benefits? vendor sites each week.

Work with Benefits? Data Entry contacts to ensure accuracy of participant?s indicative data, benefits eligibility, and deductions in HR and Payroll systems.

Initiate external vendor service requests to resolve data integrity issues, compliance reporting requirements, vendor interface file enhancements, etc.

Create and recommend audit reports to ensure data integrity of employee benefits information.

Communicate trends and process changes to the Benefits Manager.

Ensure all standard reporting is distributed accurately and in a timely manner.

Prepare all ad-hoc reports as needed for department.

Manage benefit communications through development and delivery of ongoing newsletters and annual open enrollment material.

Creates and delivers benefit presentations to employees via webcasts.

Bachelor's degree.

3-5 years of related experience.

Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret various types of business documents. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles in a pre-designed style and format. Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management. Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse culture, including peers and management staff at corporate and in the field.
