At Behavioral Health Works, our Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with kids with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through ABA therapy. No corporate fluff. • Working directly with kids using play-based ABA therapy (yes, you get paid to play)
• Teaching communication, social, and self-help skills
• Tracking progress and collecting session data on your phone or tablet

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Are available weekday afternoons or evenings (3 to 8pm, minimum 3 days/week)
• Have a reliable car, valid license, and insurance
• Are comfortable with tech, you'll use your phone/tablet for data collection
• Have experience or a passion for caregiving, education, or working with kids with special needs (preferred, not required)

We'd especially love to hear from you if you have experience or interest in: paraprofessional work, caregiving, coaching, tutoring, special education, social work, mental health advocacy, youth programs, foster care, childcare, camp counseling, or any related field.
