Join our amazing team of ABA Professionals!
The Patterns team in Orange County, California is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work on life skills with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Our BTs are trained on executing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to teach their clients a variety of skills, such as communication, regulating emotions, organization, reducing maladaptive behaviors and more!
Responsibilities- Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home/center
- Collect accurate ongoing data on client's programs
- Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
- Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
- Attendance at staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry clients when needed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- HS Diploma or GED
- Availability between 1pm-7:30pm (10-15 hours)
- Valid Driver's license, proof of auto insurance, reliable transportation
