BCS Teacher (2025-2026)

Bethel Christian School is looking for a passionate Teacher who will guide and inspire students in their academic and spiritual journeys. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing lessons. Your ability to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver multi-subject instruction that is engaging and aligns with the school's curriculum.
• Foster a Christ-centered atmosphere providing opportunities for students to encounter God.
• Supervise students during lessons and events, including weekly chapel services.
• Collaborate with fellow educators for grade-level and school-wide initiatives, including participation in meetings and professional development.
• Contribute to a positive and encouraging school culture

Current Openings:

• Grade 4 Homeroom Teacher (teaching Language Arts, Bible, and Social Studies)
• Junior HIgh (Grades 6-8) Language Arts Teacher

Starting Salary: $40,000 - $43,000 annually (depending on degree, teaching credential, and years of experience)

Requirements

Qualifications:

• University graduate with a degree in education or a related field.
• Preferred active teaching credential.
• Strong understanding of Bethel Culture and Core Values.
• Committed Christian with a strong desire to lead students in discipleship activities, including prayer and Bible study.
• Ability to cultivate elements related to Bethel culture such as prophetic ministry, worship, healing, and intercession.
