Batching operator (food manufacturing) Graveyards

Our Client in Bellingham, WA is looking to add Cooking Operators to their team. They make Surimi which is High Quality Sushi. 2 types of positions open!

People who fit well in this role are typically those with

strong communication skills, a patient demeanor, the ability to actively listen, problem-solving capabilities, a positive attitude, adaptability to different, and a genuine desire to be on a team, all while maintaining professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction when completing orders. Also, if you have worked in food manufacturing or cooking/batching roles. Or have machine operator experience, you would fit easily into this position.

Pay:

$17.68-$18.75/ hour

Schedules:

Mon-Fri and every other Sat

Shift Time: 1:00pm-9:00 pm or 8:30pm-4:30am

Cooking B (Layout, Mixer, Steamer & Shredder Operator)- Requires physical stamina. Rotates through approx. 7 positions that prepare or mix ingredients prior to cooking. Frequently is required to lift and stack ingredients that weigh up to 55 lbs. Operate large mixers, choppers, shredder and steam cabinets by following product specifications and documents ingredients using an iPad.
